Vinification : Mandatory hand-picking allowing selective sorting. Direct pressing of the two grape varieties, blending on finished wine and flavouring at the end of vinification then a passage in closed tanks: the wine is bottled with its gas.
Aromatic note : The first nose is sweet and floral, a lovely note of mirabelle plum giving a fruity sweetness then giving way to a dry coating of character underlined by the effervescence of the fine bubbles.
