Mandatory hand-picking allowing selective sorting. Direct pressing of both grape varieties, blending on finished wine and aromatization at the end of vinification.

Serve at 11° Ideally with an Asian starter (sweet/savoury), foie gras or cooked fruit dessert. An aromatic, fruity, rosé-based wine perfect for festive moments as an aperitif or with dessert
<aromatic note
The first nose is soft and floral, a beautiful note of mirabelle plum that brings a fruity sweetness then giving way to a dry coating of character, a symbol of the Château.
